Iraq Solidarity News (Al-Thawra) stands in full agreement with the Iraqi community and we are urging the Government of Iraq, to compensate the Chaldean Community Foundation, whose kindness is paying for the repatriation of Jimmy Aldaoud's body to America.
The compassion of the Chaldean Community Foundation, will allow Jimmy Aldaoud to receive the full grace and dignity of a Catholic funeral, where he will be buried with his mother in Detroit, Michigan.
We wish to remind people, schizophrenia and diabetes are long-term medical conditions. Mr. Aldaoud suffered both of these in life. Schizophrenia causes a range of different psychological symptoms and only if it's managed, is it possible to reduce the risk of relapse(s).
We would also like to ask you to pray for the family and friends of Jimmy, who on Thursday were welcomed and comforted at the Chaldean Community Foundation, in a vigil to mark Jimmy Aldaoud's untimely passing in Iraq.
