In-between the excitement of the Euro 2016 games, people are also getting excited for the London 10K, which is taking place on the 10th July.
For us, this is great because it’s a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get involved with showing solidarity with people in Iraq and elsewhere, who will each run to support a host of great causes.

This would be a brilliant opportunity, to run in support of organisations who are providing material, medical and psychological services to those displaced in Iraq.
It’s also a great chance for you to meet others, who are also working to help the Iraqi people here in the UK.
