To combat trauma, we can all do something to help!

Aid to the Church in Need is rushing to the aid of the Church in Lebanon and are hoping to raise at least £1 million to help those who have fled their homes amid the escalating conflict.

According to the UK’s National Health Service, Post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental health condition caused by highly stressful, frightening or distressing events.
