Run Manchester for Iraq's children

Do you live in Manchester, and do you want to safeguard children who have suffered bereavement as a result of war and terrorism? If this is you, join the Iraqi Children Foundation on the first 'In Their Shoes' global 5K and help build a solid future for Iraq's kids.

This September, join the Iraqi Children Foundation on the "In Their Shoes 5K", where you will be joining people around the world to help Iraq's orphans. You can participate from anywhere and your involvement will help the ICF to support Iraq's most vulnerable children.

Funds raised on the "In Their Shoes 5K" will assist the ICF's ongoing work in education, legal protection, social care and much more. Those participating, will be contributing to a more secure future for thousands of children, who have already experienced setbacks due to circumstances beyond their control.

Hussein Al-alak is an Iraqi in the UK city of Manchester and will be joining the ICF on this global challenge. He says, "I'm delighted to be supporting the Iraqi Children Foundation on the "In Their Shoes 5k" because the overall welfare of Iraq's orphans, is an immediate concern for everyone with a good conscience."
