This October, will you run 5k for Iraqi children?

Registration is now open to take part on the ‘In Their shoes 5K’, which is taking place both virtually and in person at Hains Point - along the scenic Potomac River in the heart of Washington, DC. 

The ’In Their Shoes 5K’ is being organized by the Iraqi Children Foundation (ICF). All participants and supporters will be showing their solidarity directly with vulnerable children across Iraq. 

This unique event will support the ICF with their ongoing work in area’s of education, child protection and nutrition. It’s also the only US based event for Iraq, which has a true international flavor. 

In more recent years, participants have run across US States, Europe, the UK and the Middle East. This year, it would be fantastic to have even more people take part and make the 'In Their Shoes 5K’ bigger than ever before!
