Through the power of nature, AMAR are rebuilding lives

Check out the AMARFolio, a collection of stunning images taken by supporters of the AMAR Foundation. With bold colors and thoughtful quotes, the AMARFolio has been created to let the sunshine in and bring people closer to nature.

You can also learn more about the groundbreaking work of the AMAR Foundation in Iraq and support initiatives like AMAR’s Yazidi choir. We hope people will feel inspired by this nature based campaign and you are also welcome to join in.

Some of the photography featured on AMARFolio has been taken here in Manchester and by contributing to the AMAR Foundation through AMARFolio, one project you’ll be supporting is the AMAR Ashti Yazidi Women’s Choir

In 2019, Rana Sulaiman Halo founded the AMAR Ashti Choir in the Khanke Refugee Camp in Iraq. Since then, the choir has performed in the UK and has recorded Yazidi songs and religious music, which are now in the University of Oxford’s Bodleian Library.
