Join Storm Force, the kids club of the RNLI

On Saturday, over £900.00 was raised for the RNLI!!! This incredible amount was achieved by the RNLI’s City of Manchester branch and the Chorlton Methodist Church. Local residents bought plants and homemade cakes, with all proceeds going to help the Royal National Lifeboat Institute. 

Also present was an RNLI stand and among the conversations had, included giving out information on Storm Force, the RNLI’s club for the under-11’s. Storm Force membership makes a fun gift for any occasion, including birthdays and Christmas. 

For just £14.00 per year, Storm Force brings our young people closer to the world of lifeboats and lifeguards. Kids get their own crew bag, pencil case and stickers, along with copies of Storm Force magazine, which is packed with real rescue stories and water safety advice. 

One favorite of Storm Force membership, is the access children get to the RNLI’s ‘crew room’, which has fun video games, engaging real life rescue videos and a whole lot more. This provides a safe online environment for children within the RNLI supporters community.
