18% of Iraqi's below poverty line

An Iraqi Human Rights ministry's report has said that more than 18% of the Iraqi population is living below the poverty line, pointing that the figure has reached to 6.4 million people, mostly in rural areas. 

In a statement, the ministry has added that Iraq is one of the richest countries in oil revenues, but individual expenditures are below when compared to neighboring countries.
